1. Kyle Maynard isn't an MMA fighter
2. UFC makes fighters relevant. You think everyone knows Fedor? You think those fans watched Pride? If he went to UFC and won the le, etc. He would become popular.
3. UFC has more compe ion, and can attract the same and probably even more/better compe ion.
4. UFC's Heavyweight Division >>>> SF Heavyweights
5. UFC's contract would have paid him more.
6. SF will fall

Maynard was training MMA…I stated a fact. Why are you disputing that?
1. Maynard fought in an MMA fight…call him what you want. He accomplished what he wanted to accomplish. Props to him for that...what a in idiot he is.
2. Of course everyone doesn’t know Fedor (again, not something I’ve stated is it?). Fedor has never fought in the UFC and he's been #1 in the world for how many years now? Relevant, IMO.
3. I’ve stated that the UFC has more compe ion (as in quan y of good guys to fight). Lesnar is obviously better than the SF HW’s, but the rest of the guys are on a similar tier as the SF guys, IN MY OPINION.
4. I agree that the UFC HW division is better than the SF HW division overall. There are enough quality fighters in SF for Fedor to fight out his 1 year contract, as I’ve already stated.
5. Done with the money talk.
6. Possibly…I guess we’ll see.

Relevancy is the key word. Just because he is relevant in your mind, doesn't mean anything. You live in a little world where Kyle Maynard is an MMA fighter, Fedor has the same level of compe ion in SF. Fedor may or may not have a better contract with SF, but we conclude that UFC offered him more.. RELEVANCY. RELEVANCY. Just because you are the top of some list and people don't know you, what does that matter? Do people care about boxing IBO or WBC champ, or do people really care about WBA? There's your answer. SF, Pride, Elite are the IBOs of MMA and UFC is the WBA, all else ISN'T RELEVANT. I'm not saying they can't be relevant at some point, but now, it's UFC or bust.
