my parents own a military mccaw. she's like a foot+ body wise and with her tail feathers more like 2 ft+.
she's a to everyone but myself and my stepfather, loud as , can articulate but usually just wants to make loud bird calls, love fruit, loves fries, and hates the cat.
I've been watching this bird and I'm just amazed how clear her words are. She even knows who the president is.
I hate birds. Not in the tlong it-makes-me-happy-when-they-die way... I just mean, they do nothing for me. They're really cool to dissect, though.
They're more disgusting than cats.
I love all animals so of course i love birds too. One of my best hobbies is birdwatching; I've kept a life list for about 25 yrs. I also have a pet lovebird named Sweetie Pie. He's a total brat, always squawking and dive bombing us. He also "picks" on sleeping dogs

my parents bird is funny because she's all badass when she's on her perch but the minute you put her on the ground she's a little pussy bird. she just starts squawking and trying to walk as fast as she can to you so she can try and climb ya and get back to king of the mountain status. birds are odd and i especially don't like the idea of her being trapped in a house all day. she deserves better, like the jungle.
Exotic birds..as in birds that work at gentlemen's clubs?
