Former Pacer great and current TNT network NBA announcer Reggie Miller started up a conversation with the fiancée of Alex von Furstenberg, a Malibu resident and surf shop owner locally. Reggie waited for her to leave the local Country Mart then followed her up the PCH begging for future encounters.
I never knew Reggie Miller was a stalker – did you? Thanks to a friend over at TMZ we got our hands on the restraining order paperwork (which was not yet filed) and a long transcript of text messages between Reggie Miller and Alex V’s fiancee (see below). Reggie wanted to keep the future meetings on the down lo to avoid Alex V. knowing about it. A review of the text messages shows Reggie relentlessly pursued Alex V’s fiancée for three months. Sources close to HSK have also had similar experiences with Reggie and his fast break antics towards woman who are either married, engaged, or have boyfriends.
This is the point in the story where Reggie should have just chalked up his efforts as a loss and moved on. Come on Reg’ – once Johnny Law gets involved things become P-U-B-L-I-C RECORD mane! Was the idea of this woman so great that it was worth your reputation?
Alex V went over to confront Reggie, who then called the police. Alex is quoted in the restraining order request saying, “He (Reggie) said he had friends with guns. He implied I would get hurt if I didn’t stop questioning him on his inappropriate pursuit of my fiancee and his attempts to subvert his efforts.”

Does the NBA know about this? People loose way more over way less right? Doesn’t sound like he’ll be announcing for very much longer….Alex V retained Los Angeles’s nuclear missile Ronald Richards to clear up the police issue and offensively take Reggie to school. Reggie in turn hired counsel who then contacted Ronald Richards.
HSK contacted Ronald Richards for comment about this story. Ronald “stated that the matter was resolved” and that “he was satisfied with the outcome.” We contacted Mr. von Furstenberg as he was finishing some kite surfing and he stated, “I was very upset about Reggie’s behavior towards my fiancée. I think people in Malibu share my views that being a famous basketball player should not provide some sort of shield against inappropriate behavior. Reggie sincerely apologized to me on a phone call with Ronald Richards, his attorney, and myself. I cannot comment further on the matter as I believe it has been resolved.”
HSK will be looking into these allegations further and thinks that Reggie Miller deserves greater scrutiny in the womanizing department, especially in a family enclave like Malibu.

HollywoodStreetKing.com has published preliminary paperwork for restraining orders against Reggie Miller in the family enclave of Malibu, California. New York native and connected socialite Alex von Furstenberg is named as the pe ioner on behalf of himself and fiance Ali K (with whom the alleged harassment began).

In addition to these do ents, several cell phone transcripts have leaked outlining several alleged conversations via text messages between Reggie and Ali K. These confirm Reggie’s apparent persistence in courting the young woman over a few months. As is reads in the transcripts, Mr. Miller was in fact aware that Ali K was engaged at the time. After a few months of these encounters, Mr. Furstenberg confronted Reggie Miller who in response told him “he has friends with guns… “. It was at this point that Mr. Furstenberg filled out paperwork for a restraining order citing this and other events as cause for protection.
According to sources close to the case, Reggie Miller has since apologized to Mr. Furstenberg. When HSK contacted Mr. Furstenberg’s attorney Ronald Richards for a statement Mr. Richards stated that, “the matter was resolved” and that he “was satisfied with the outcome.”

Reggie was acting funny today on the Dan Patrick show. I was watching it on DirectTV, and he was one of the phone in guests. He sounded a little strange when talking to Brooklyn Decker, wife of Andy Rod , who was actually in the studio with Dan Patrick. He almost seemed like he was wasted.

Reggie Miller -- I'm No Homewrecker, Just a Flirt
Reggie Miller is denying accusations he got down with someone else's fiancee -- but the former basketball star does admit he flirted a little bit ... well, actually a lot. But judging by the pics she texted Reggie, two played that game.
The entire Southern California coastline was roped into the story last weekend, after Alex von Furstenberg -- the son of designer Diane von Furstenberg -- hired a small plane to fly over the beaches with a sign that read, "Reggie Miller Stop Pursuing Married Women."
It's all over Alex's fiancee, Ali Kay.
According to Reggie's rep, Miller and Ali met at a Malibu supermarket back in March. Reggie says the two flirted and spent the rest of the day texting like crazy -- each sending more than 50 texts to the other in a 6 hour span (we obtained Reggie's phone records).
Reggie claims Ali -- a clothing designer -- even texted him 2 provocative photos of herself (above), which TMZ has obtained.
But according to Reggie, in April he had enough and took her out of his phone contact list. But Reggie says in May, Ali reconnected with him, wanting to know why he had closed the door. Reggie says the next day he got an angry call from Alex.
Reggie claims Alex then began a campaign of harassment -- repeatedly calling Miller's friends and even hiring a private investigator to tail Reggie. Alex says he escalated matters because Reggie continued to pursue his fiancee. Reggie says not only is that a lie ... Reggie had to hire a lawyer to prepare a restraining order against Alex. Alex responded by hiring his own lawyer to prepare a counter restraining order, but neither do ent was ever filed with the court.
Over the July 4 weekend, we're told there was a telephone summit in which Reggie, Alex and the lawyers supposedly buried the hatchet and it seemed everyone had moved on ... that is, until the giant sign flew over the beach.
