it seems like tha past week has been filled with food threads...ya'll are making me hungry...

things u like to grill:

i like to make shrimp wrapped in bacon with a sliver of jalapeno on the grill and beef fajitas, those are my specialties.

I've been on a kabob kick lately.
Fruit & vegetable kabobs

beef kabobs
The kids love grilled fruit.

I really don't like kabobs because it's too hard to get everything cooked right...when the shrimp is done the onions and cherry tomato and peppers aren't...I like to cook all the same stuff but use those disposable expandanded metal aluminum trays...just stack everything on there and flip with tongs and then move to a pewter platter in the back of the grill as they are done.

That is why I'm the master of the kabobs!!! Plus I like to have them on the grill and get those great grill marks. You just have to know how to do it. You may know BBQ but I know kabobs!!!
