I'm not familiar with that auction house but I'd suspect that you need a dealers license and a line of credit to be able to bid.
Ever bought a car through the Sparkling City Auto Auctions out of Robstown, Tx? Or does anyone know how that procedure works?
I was looking into it, but I can't find out how it works, so any information would be greatly appreciated.
