Healing slows but not that much by 30. If it's still messed up, you need to have it looked into - likely the injury was much worse than you originally expected, or something else is going wrong that needs to be checked out.
what the ? my leg still injured from playing ball. It's been 2 months!!!!
is this what happens when you turn 30??? I used to heal in less than a week
this is BS!!

I guess so. It is my calf. I guess gotta wait until my insurance on my new job kicks in![]()
pop's liver is still alright, ain't it?
this is a sad fact that nobody really warns you about. Bodies should come with a disclaimer tattoed: "will stop healing at 30"
It does happen.
stretch more than you think beforehand.
Yes, healing slows down as you age. It seems I heal only half as fast at a half century old.
That's normally what happens when somebody crosses you over so bad it still hurts after 2 months.
research shows that if you exercise with resistance training , you age slower.
Well, I can outdo an 18 year old who isn't into sports, so I feel pretty good about myself.
lol old people.
I'm 25 and had a back injury that has stopped me from lifting free weights for the last four months. I guess I'm just lucky.
