This story would have been better if the neighbor was playing loud music at all hours of the night, so the man gets upset and shoots a cannonball into the house.![]()

Ha! Awesome.
That's one lucky sonuva , too! Coulda ended even AWESOME-er...
lightweight
I built a potato cannon when I was in high school that would shoot a potato a quarter mile.
mmmmm...need some explanation on that one, CC...how did you manage to get that kind of thrust without ending up with mashed potato?
Take a piece of 8" pipe about two feet long. Weld caps on one both ends. cut a 2" hole in one cap. Weld a 2" pipe about 3' long over the hole. Drill a 1/4" hole in the cap on the other end. Shove the potato about 2-3/4 foot down the pipe. Take an oxy-acetylene torch and fill the 8" pipe. light. BOOM/potato launch! we would take it out to Medina Lake and smoke dope and shoot at boats LOL
LMFAO! Wow. You're such a .![]()
As you can imagine it wasn't very accurate. we never actually hit one.
It's just relatively amusing to see what the richers do for fun.
Actually I wasn't a richer then. I was just smart white trash.
actually, its an AP article, might want to remove it. Just saying cause Kori/LJ could get in trouble.
So it never left your property?
Same principle my step-brother used to make a lemon gun...that one uses Aqua-Net.
I was just surprised the potato would hold up.
raw potatoes are pretty tough.
I'm surprised your step brothers worked very well without adding oxygen.
That Aqua-Net is pretty flammable...and there's enough air in the combustion chamber when he screws the back end on...
