Yes. Definitely worth it if either:
1) You live out of the area of your favorite team
and/or
2) You love basketball in general
Any of you ever gotten NBA League Pass for the entire season? Was it worth it?
Yes. Definitely worth it if either:

I've had it for years. I watch every Spurs game so it's well worth it to me.
You get every game except the national ones: ABC, TNT, ESPN, and NBA TV. And you get broadband with the TV package. You can buy just the broadband if you want.
LP starts the first day of the regular season and ends the last. No Playoffs. Local games are blacked out, you get those on your local channels.
They do a free preview the first week, and another one halfway through. They have an early bird deal where you can save $20, and they cut the price halfway through the season.
Every provider I've had will split the bill over three or four months, be sure to ask yours, it can help the budget.
I get it every year. Last year I didn't really utilize it and felt like I wasted it. If you have interest, time and can get in a groove where you're religiously watching games every night, it's well worth it. It's can be a lot of fun watching the scoreboards and switching between the endings of every close game.
Ya, I never worked nights, so I would just get home and watch as many games as I could almost every night when I did not have plans.
Then you can rewatch games you missed on broadband, which I did, or at least the 4th quarters of games I missed.
I don't really watch tv unless it is sports (mainly basketball, football and soccer), so it is awesome to have.
I think if I didn't live in Texas, I would definitely get it since I would get to watch the Mavs' game but since I live in the DFW area, I get to watch their games. I'm just not sure if it would be worth it since I work nights most of the week. I usually get off at around 9:30pm so I would probably only be able to watch the West Coast games live.
I live in San Jose, CA...so if I get league pass, will I be able to watch every Spurs game (minus the national ones)?
i dont need it. tnt and fsn take care of the lakers for me and tnt does the great matchups
Yes, exactly. Plus games from every other team outside of your area.
I mistakenly started another thread asking if they're offering anything on Verizon. Anyone have any ideas?
I just got league pass for the first time! Is it available on HD as well?
I live out of the area of my favorite team, AND I love basketball in general.
I guess this explains why I have a call planned to my cable carrier sometime this week.![]()
My biggest gripe with LP is they blackout the local teams forcing you to watch it on the regular channels.
But I work nights and watch from work computers so I can't watch my local teams. I get to watch pretty much every team in nice LP quality... EXCEPT for the Lakers.
I end up asking Justin to help me watch Laker games in ty quality even though I pay for NBALP.
Definitely. It's great knowing that there are games to watch every single night.
you guys realize that you can just use a proxy software to watch your local team games right?
NBA LP Pass is just as essential for survival as breathing
I'm sorry, I'm just too in awe that I just saw all 4 games tonight in HD on League Pass (Dish Network) that I can't answer your question...
I may get it just to watch Anthony Randolph kick the league's teeth in.
btw mods, can I have my favorite team changed to "Anthony Randolph"?
Outta curiosity, does LP ever offer an HD broadcast for any of their games that AREN'T on NBAtv?
go back to being a spurs fan. Problem solved.
Can any international fan help me with International league pass? I ordered it about 5 minutes ago but the only game I can see is the Dallas game.
