Media Myth: GOP Has No Health Care Ideas

The article claims that – with the exception of the “public” option – President Obama and Congressional Republicans mostly agree on health care reform. Unfortunately, Democrats keep blocking Republican amendments designed to give Obama what he’s asking.

Read and you decide…I’m a partisan racist and only oppose Obama because he’s a black Democrat.

Frankly, if they’re that close in agreement with one another, I’m afraid to read it…because, if Republicans compromise on this legislation, you will definitely learn the Tea Party movement isn’t a Republican movement but, a movement of Americans who are sick and tired of government growth and spending.

AMA+docs are now supporting public option alongside private insurance, since they were bought off by Congress cancelling $225B/10-year in cuts of Medicare payments to docs. The greedy bas docs are a huge part of the costs that need to be contained.

The AMA's been bought and there were several hundred doctors on the steps of the Capitol, Friday, protesting ObamaCare. I realize you may not be aware since no one's reporting the legitimate objections to this fiasco.

"A RWJF survey summarized in the September 14, 2009 edition of the New England Journal of Medicine shows that 62.9 percent of physicians nationwide support proposals to expand health care coverage that include both public and private insurance options—where people under the age of 65 would have the choice of enrolling in a new public health insurance plan (like Medicare) or in private plans. The survey shows that just 27.3 percent of physicians support a new program that does not include a public option and instead provides subsidies for low-income people to purchase private insurance. Only 9.6 percent of doctors nationwide support a system where a Medicare-like public program is created in lieu of any private insurance. A majority of physicians (58%) also support expanding Medicare eligibility to those between the ages of 55 and 64."

The only physicians I know in favor of the plan are emergency room docs....who pretty much are government docs who can't see past their dungeon to the earning potential they'll have in private practice.

Under ObamaCare, everyone becomes a government doctor.
