I agree. I knew he'd show up, he just needed some time to step up and get some good minutes.

Nazr gets a lot of his offensive rebounds the Moses Malone way: off his own misses.

I told people when he came here:

If you start him, he will ball. We're starting him, and he's balling.

As for the Nazr haters, they're beating off down at Philly Phamous.

Owning up? WTF? I was on the bandwagon the moment the trade was made. If Pop had been giving Nazr this kind of run since he got here, I'd win my damn bet with LJ

I know Aggie...I've been the #1 Nazr basher on the board remember?

I still want to see him do it against a team with a tough physical interior game though...

I know he's not a choker...but I still want to see if he is able to play smart when he is being challenged...

But for tonight? 12 first half boards is 12 first boards...whether it's against ty team or not...you gotta give the guy props for that.

Seeing as Pryzbilla averages over 10 boards a game as a starter, it's even more impressive he was held to two.

And I lost a battle blog for suggesting that Nazr should make the playoff roster...

    Oh, the insanity.

I think you need a re-vote Brodels (unless your argument sucked ).

Pryzbilla is too busy trying to defend the entire Spurs team that is living in the paint...

He's about the only one that isn't mailing it in.

Maybe this is heretical, but it would be nice to see him make a shot other than off an offensive rebound.

    Have you seen his J?

I don't ever want to see him take another J in his life...

I'll be satisfied if he doesn't get lost on D and can do his garbage work without getting lost and clogging the O(I don't expect these types of numbers)...that's all I want...

Who cares how he gets his points? He's got a freakish ability to live on the offensive glass.

I don't want him taking touches from Tony, Manu, or Tim. I want him grabbing boards, blocking shots, and cleaning up their misses with garbage offensive rebound buckets.

    I never hated Nazr.

    I never hate anyone

I gave him his props over the weekend.

He will be a great backup for Rasho in playoffs.

We'd be losing tonight if it weren't for his play, but I guess if you want to be critical knock yourself out.

A little vindication for those of us who defended the Rose trade instead of crying about what a terrible move it was.

    Well said.

I kinda felt the same way when Tony Parker vindicated himself @ GS.

Vindicated himself from what? I've proclaimed all along that Parker would be great if he could just be more consistent. How many points did he score tonight?
