Watched a black guy (sup LJ) walk up and down the grassy side of the highway for about an hour yesterday. Pretty much thinking that he was looking for something he tossed IE some kind of contraband. Well he finally found what he was looking for because like most descendants of apes he jumped up and down signaling success to the driver while hurling some fist pumps Tiger would have been proud of. Gave me a little chuckle.
Well 3 squad cars just pulled up about 5 minutes ago and 4 coppers are out combing the side of the highway. One with what looks like a metal detector. Perhaps they're looking for a weapon. I guess I could walk out there and crack the case for them since I have a pretty good memory.

They were out there closing the gap on their "monthly quota" of traffic citations...
All day at SPID and Crosstown. I've seen guys getting popped at about 1 every 10 minutes.
I must have seen at least 12 cars pulled over for tickets during lunch....
