Okay, this just makes no sense.
Now I understand that people are going through hard times (although these kids here most likely brought these problems upon themselves by being stupid and not thinking about their future as they are only like 18 or 19), but one of our members is like 90 days behind on his car payment. After 45 days, we can reposess him, but we haven't even went after him yet, because we have been trying to work with him.
Well here comes his stupid girlfriend (or I guess now fiancee) calling in, and leaving a voicemail where all she does is cuss, , and cry about how we "don't understand how hard it is to feed a baby" or that we are "forcing them to choose between feeding their baby and pay for their car" and is dropping an f-bomb every 4 or 5 words. Not to mention, their car payment is less than $200/month.
What the makes her think that all the sarcasm, big head talk as if we know nothing about life, and cussing, is going to make us want to work with her boyfriend? Not to mention that she isn't even on the account as a joint or anything, so her calling in wouldn't have accomplished anything anyways.
Maybe if her stupid boyfriend used a condom, this wouldn't have happened. Or perhaps breastfeeding would cut back on feeding costs. Whatever. All I know is, leaving a voicemail like that, won't get her any sympathy. Moron.

Let her know that the price of a condom would have been small compared to the cost of raising a child, but they made that decision. It's not your problem. Plus explain to her all the benefits of the exercise she is going to get walking, once you repo the car. Maybe that will make her feel better.
