Here's a fashionable way to teach your young ones a thing or two about old-school hoops, George Gervin- or Moses Malone-style.

The NBA has teamed up with retro apparel line Junk Food to crank out special long-sleeved T-shirts featuring the Hardwood Classics logo of the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets and nine other NBA teams.

The throwback tees are just right for cooler temperatures, too. All T-shirts are cotton/poly jersey blends designed as 2-in-1 tees with an added knit sleeve for a warm layered look in one shirt.

Available exclusively at GapKids and www.gap.com, they cost $22.50 and come in sizes S-XXL (4-16). Other featured teams include the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons, Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers.
