Does anyone that have Borderlands want to group up some time on Xbox Live?
I have played the soldier to level 8 (my first character), the sniper to level 2 (didnt like him that much) and the tank is currently my main character for soloing.... he just makes it so easy...
I would love to play multi-player and wouldnt mind going back to my soldier to do so.

If you don't mind starting over hehe. I like to play from the beginning when playing with new folks. Makes it easier to get a feel how they play. I am usually available late afternoon.

I was just stuck at the Bone Head guy. He killed me like 3 times. I played with my level 24 friend and I leveled up a lot. From 8 to 13 in about an hour. Should be easy now, since I got a pretty good shotgun.
The game is bad ass. I've only played for about 2 hours, but I can already tell the weapon variety is going to be insane.
Best moment so far was when I mowed down about 6 skag who were chasing me with the gun that the first boss drops, the one with the flame shots.
My gamer tag is Phyzik3 (yeah, I have like 5 profiles).
I'd like to set something up tomorrow, I can play practically all day.
I dont have a mic for the 360 though.
It would be cool to start from scratch with everyone.
After further playing around, Im going to stick with the soldier. The berserker is cool to start with but once you level up the soldiers turret, he is pretty damn badass.
Get in trouble.... launch the turrent and run around, it will tear up. In a tight hallway, launch the turrent and duck behind it and watch it mow down.
I should be avaiable after work... so perhaps 5:30ish.
So far I've used the Hunter, Soldier, and Siren and gotten them to around lvl 12 each.
Still haven't used the big guy, so if you want to start a game from scratch I'm down.
I hear you get better drops the more people you're playing with, so that's good.
Me and BruceBowenFan got in about an hours worth of play or so last night. Was fun even though I didnt have a headset.... need to get one this coming weekend when I get paid.
For some reason i like playing as the hunter really forces me to find cover , as oppose to playing as the berserker, where i could just punch my way out of any situation.

to start I will raise the Focus skill in the sniper tree since revolvers dont seem to drop until later in the game. After that hits level 5 then I will just mix and match as I go but generally aiming to finish with that template. Some of those revolvers I've found on my high level soldier have some pretty sick damage stats.
Snipers really suck till you hit about level 20. I am level 23 right now and finally start using them.

The Trespass skill looks like it could be badass. (bypasses shields)
I went in the Lost Cave at lvl 13 and had to fight for my life against every damn enemy. I was only able to survive because the skagg's fight the purple larvae things and they beat eachother up pretty bad.
Game has so much potential.
Snipers aren't that bad. I whoop ass with the hunter.
Killed Bone Head in 2 shots to the skull.
I love using the Hunter. It's just that Snipers aren't worth using till you hit 19. Once you do, those and shotguns are the best.
You good at getting headshots? That is all I do with the sniper rifle is shoot in the head. I haven't had a problem with it yet at all.
Just hit level 50!

Got it yesterday...this game rocks. Unlocked from Steam, started a Soldier, got to lvl7...game crashed and aborted my save file completely.
Started over.
Am now at lvl15 having a blast. I am a Turret , put 10pts in the first tree (5 for +dmg with all weapons, 5 for +turret dmg) going for the "reduce cooldown of turret by shooting " and rockets.
Having a lot of fun playing alone. Its challenging in spots as there is a definite way I can see having two+ players would help immensely (against bosses that charge, for instance).
One thing that was a little surprising is backtracking respawns everything. So, on your way to fight the boss you'll encounter 30 enemies (for instance). Well, almost there and your inventory is now full but you know there is a vending machine at the beginning. Backtrack to sell off, right? Wrong.
Once you backtrack everything respawns, which means more meaningless trash to pickup and items to consider.
I kind of like that mechanic. It encourages preperation and planning....need full ammo, need maximum inventory space, need to conserve ammo getting there as I dont want to run out in the midst of a boss fight, etc.
This game is badass as I count the hours until I leave work to play.
I've noticed that the respawn isnt a direct result of backtracking, it seems to be on a timer, if you can kill fast enough you can make it back to the vendor before the respawn.
And yeah, the turret is awesome... wait until you get it to shoot rockets and apply elemental damage to the bullets. Also, you will get access to equipable class mods around level 25 or so. With the mod I have I NEVER run out of ammo because it constantly is adding ammo to me and anyone thats in my party. It's to the point that the ammo crates are completely useless for me now except for grenades. all my other ammo is constantly full.

So I've probably put in 40 ulative hours... and I seem to find something new with every hour I play.
I found these grenades that instead of blowing up, they suck the HP out of nearby enemies and gives it to you.
I played for 8 hours last night when I got it, I'm level 27 berserker. I did not think I was going to play this game but I'm hooked.
Yeah... it's a pretty bad "one more quest" kind of game. I put in a few hours, find something new, then start a new game to get a better experience. I've done this literally 6 times. The farthest I've gotten is probably an hour after you kill sledge.
