Time magazine of all places...poor liberals.
Ann Coulter epitomizes the way politics is now discussed on the airwaves, where opinions must come violently fast and cause as much friction as possible, TIME’s John Cloud claims in this week’s cover story.
No one, right or left, delivers the required apothegmatic commentary on the world with as much glee or effectiveness as Coulter, Cloud writes (on newsstands Monday, April 18).
It is almost impossible to watch her and not be sluiced into rage or elation, depending on your views. As a congressional staff member 10 years ago, Coulter used to help write the nation’s laws.
Now she is far more powerful: she helps set the nation’s tone. TIME’s Cloud had unprecedented access to Coulter.
He goes more than 6,000 words.
And he appears to come away liking her.
"On TV or in person, you can trust that Coulter will speak from her heart. The officialdom of punditry, so full of phonies and dullards, would suffer without her humor and fire. Which is not to say you don't want to shut her up occasionally," Cloud notes.
dude, i see that on so many talk shows or political shows, and she seriously pisses me off so much.
just looking at her and seeing her talk her bull is ridiculous
plus she's one of those asses that thinks she's 100% right about everything and hardly lets whoever is giving a different view talk, argh i hate people like that

Coulter shouldn't be upset about the photo though. I know it wasn't what she expected, but I think it looks good regardless. Those shoes rock!

It's not a conspiracy. He obviously used a fish-eye lens to distort her appearance. No biggie...it's called artistic license and she probably deserves it for not knowing who she was posing for.

THIS IS A GOP FRONT GROUP POSING AS "COMMUNISTS FOR KERRY"
snd had TIME magazine followed the news cycle last year, they'd have know this. FOX News got duped by the group, the group was uncovered, and now TIME republishes the photo saying that it's a real group protesting Coulter, when it's really a GOP group pretending to be "communists for Kerry" in order to make Kerry and the Dems look bad."
Yet another fake-pic surfaces from this months edition of TIME magazine...

Great posts, everyone! But, did anyone notice that the photographer had Ann lower her chin so that her prominant adam's apple wasn't in evidence?
For a couple of years now, I have seriously wondered if Coulter is a real female, or a cross-dressing male, or a former male who surgically became a female... There's just something I've never been able to put my finger on in regards Ann Coulter. Is she a she, or is she a he? The legs are too good to be true - very transves ish, if you get my drift.
Any comments on this?

But yesterday, the best-selling conservative firebrand had blood in her eyes and venom on her tongue over cover photographer Platon's off-putting wideangle-lens portrait.
"Kim Jong Il was treated better," Coulter raged in an E-mail. "A CURVED-LENS PHOTO ON THE COVER? Just amazing. My feet are the size of the Atlantic Ocean and my head the size of a pea."
Time executive editor Priscilla Painton replied: "There are a lot of women who would kill for those legs."
