Rockets beat a team they were supposed to beat, no surprises here.
Rockets 111 Blazers 107
Ariza 33 points
Brooks 28 points
Roy 40 points
I hope the Rockets can play like this every night, especially Ariza

This is a non issue, the Blazers are a lock for the #1 seed.
LOL at Lakerfans who underrate Ariza and overrate chucker Artest
Laker fans are surprisingly quiet tonight
Shouldn't have wasted money on Miller, he is bringing down the Blazers
dude....no kidding. that guy was playing like an idiot. oden is even dumber too. i don't think oden knew 3 seconds is illegal in the nba. i don't think he can even count to 3.
I'm more concerned with the health of tlong's son, TlongIII
what's more interesting is that, the blazers coulda have used the money they spent on miller to grab Ariza
Greg Oden is playing a lot worse than I thought he would be this year. I think he can be a great defender if he learns to stop picking up stupid fouls, but I don't see him improving to much on offense. Pryzbilla is slightly below average on both sides of the ball.
If we can play like this we are going to be pretty darn good if T-mac comes back healthy.
55 points to those guys!!!! non issue
Thats not true at all actually. During the preseason ariza wasn't doing so well and you should have seen the threads on clutch. Just pitiful, actually Lakaluva was the one that brought it up. Lakers needed someone like artest because they are in a win now mode. It worked out good for both teams.
Stop bashing Artest; he is not bad at all. He is the best LeBron defender in the league; that is worth MLE alone.
Ariza just happens to be a younger, quicker version of Artest.
Tmac will ruin the chemistry of this Rockets immediately, believe me.
I thought they already have enough talents on that position.
Congrats to the Rockets. You guys have a lot of heart!!!!!![]()

Maybe...with a healthy Yao and a super T-Mac....![]()

They are definitely not supposed to beat the much-hyped Blazers without their two stars.
Im gonna miss Trevor, but the Lakers didn't need him to score like that, and he wouldn't be if he was with LA. Artest was a high risk high reward move, while Ariza was the safe bet. I'm still liking the Artest move, because we don't need him to be great against scrubs. We just need him to play good defense against Melo, Pierce, and LeBron. And Artest has a history of defending Wheelchair and Crab well. Thats why I still approve of the swap
That can't defend LeBron or Pierce or Melo like Artest can
