My wireless internet router connection doesn't reach my basement, is there something I can use to bounce the signal further? I don't have another computer I can hook this up to. I have the computer up in the office, and want to use the PS3 in the basement, anything I can do?

    Add a wireless extender/repeater/access point.

is that something I can just plug into the wall? I need something I can just plug into the wall and not have to plug into a computer and set up.

You can get a plug-in ethernet bridge. It wouldn't be wireless, but you can run your internet through the wiring in your house.

You need two of those es.

I've never used one but I can't see it being any more difficult than setting up a router.

I do believe they are extenders out there that do not have to be wired into your network at all.

I just upgraded my ethernet to 100/1000, and am getting a gig router. You could try that. If it doesn't work, you still have faster broadband and wifi for the rest of the house. The geeks at bestbuy would probably be your best bet.
