I think the one that says "They call me Tater Salad" is pretty funny. He just talks like a drunk, doesn't try too hard like the others do.
Yeah that's basically it.
I used to defend his joke stealing when it was typical Mexican jokes like when your mother throws a chancla at you, which is a joke that every Hispanic comedian has told.
Then I saw him stealing a Bill Cosby joke, and the worst part of it wasn't the thievery, rather it was how poorly his version of the joke was.
In the Cosby version of the joke there are a few moments to laugh throughout, but in the Mencia joke you only laugh at the punch line, and even then it's not that funny.
You really suck when you steal other people's jokes, and then fail at doing so successfully.

I think Ron White is funny. I used to think Bill Engvall was pretty good. Never liked Foxworthy or Larry the cable guy.
I agree with the OP. Dane Cook, Mencia, Cedric, they all suck balls. Sadly, the ratio of good new comedians to old or dead comedians is very very poor. 3 out of 5 of my all time favorite stand-ups are now dead and no one current comes close to Sam Kinison, George Carlin or Bill Hicks.
Brett Butler was funny in her early days (pre "Grace Under Fire") but she's the only female comic that ever got a laugh out of me.

Cook gets a bad rap because of his hair, the way he dresses and the way he jumps around and talks with his hand on stage. hes not that bad, nothing special but funny still
