Or does Pop have his head so far up his ass that he thinks the solution to the Jazz living in the paint at the offensive end is to try Bonner/Finley/Jefferson/Dice at center?

    WTF Pop?

My guess is that Theo gets around 20-25 minutes against the Blazers tomorrow. At least I sure hope so.

    Is Ratliff hurt?
This is one of the rare times in the last half decade that the answer to that question is no.

My original assumption would be that he's trying to save Ratliff's body for later on in this season..I don't really know about this though, because Theo got 25 minutes in a blowout last game, and he's had almost a week of rest..

My actual belief is that Pop hates Ratliff's offense..usually Pop loves old veterans that are defensive-first players..he really has changed the last 2 years or so..

"Hmm, Utah has scored 20 points in the paint the first half so far, I think I'll go with: Hill, Ginobili, Mason, Jefferson, & Blair. Yeah, that should end this layup fest!" [/Pop]

They need length and athleticism and have Ratliff, Ian, and Hairston riding the bench.

Their undoing is an unwavering reluctance to develop young talent.

Don't forget Haislip, Whisky. Yeah, I know he hasn't proven anything, but damn - I'm tired of watching us piss away game after game waiting for Matt Bonner to turn into Robert Horry in his prime, or Finley to suddenly start manning the PF position like he's 4 inches and 50 pounds heavier.

    It's all ing stupid.

    Blair 6'7"
    Duncan 6'11"
    Haislip 6'10"
    Ian 6'11"
    McDyess 6'9"
    Ratliff 6'10"

And we're playing small ball? LOL.

There was also a point where Tim, Tony, Manu, and RJeff were all on the bench at one time in the 2nd or 3rd quarter. Seriously Pop, WTF?

I was wondering the same thing. Ratliff was signed for one thing - his interior D. And here we have Utah running layup drills on us and Ratliff is riding the pine. I don't get it.

4 real the big man is finally right it seems health wise yet he wont even get of the bench in a game where his shot blocking would be needed
