It wouldn't be on channel 14 anywhere that I've seen. Do you have a TV provider or is it all OTA?

Interesting, because I just got a new tv for the bedroom without a cable box and it picked it up a Clear QAM KBVO signal on the first scan. I didn't know the channel lineup would be different in other areas. If wikipedia is to be believed, they are using a UHF repeater in West Lake Hills on channel 51, but who knows if that is accurate or current.

Apparently the channel 14 is for an digital OTA antenna. You might want to get some rabbit ears and see if you can find it that way.
Effective October 21st KBVO-TV, MyAustinTV will be carried on Time Warner Cable, channel 1525 on the HD tier and DirecTV on channel 51. KBVO will also launch soon on Grande Communications (channel 18 and 318), Suddenlink and AT&T Uverse. KBVO is available on channel 14 using an over-the-air digital antenna.

I could not get my tuner to even go to channel 51, so you are receiving KBVO on 14? I have league pass so I will survive.

Are you talking about an OTA tuner?
so you are receiving KBVO on 14?
It's showing up in the 500s in my bedroom with the other 20 Clear QAM channels. I'm not there right now so I couldn't tell you exactly which one. Depending on your equipment, you might be able to set your TV up to switch between the cable box and straight cable inputs.

It is interesting that it's only currently available on the digital tier, but I think that will have to change soon if the law has remained the same.
