I'm a hard one to gross out, but this is really nasty. This guy has epic Bacne. Is he a roider? Or is it possible that he can bust a nut out of his back?

I did that once for the build supervisor at work, many moons ago. It'd been there for years and had started to bother him, but his doctor couldn't see him and told him to just put a compress on it and pop it. Nobody else would touch it, but I found it fascinating.We spent probably a ulative hour throughout the day in the bathroom squeezing nasty out of his back and him grunting in pain. God only knows what people thought we were doing in there.
