- "Rumors: Frustration brewing with Spurs
What's that about?
Maybe someone with Insider will post it.
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Probably manu frustrated with his body
When you click it, there's nothing about the Spurs.![]()
There's a link leading to an Insider page on ESPN.com, but on that page, there's nothing about the Spurs at all.
Ahh.. it's on the page from yesterday.
It just says:
With their key components healthy to start the season, the Spurs were supposed to be le contenders from the start. But after they've been uneven and have started out 4-4, are they getting frustrated?
"I don't think we're playing good at all," Manu Ginobili told the San Antonio News-Express. "We can do much better than this. Frustrating is not the word. It's disappointing."
When asked when his roster was going to gel, coach Gregg Popovich offered this.
"Whenever it does. It might be next week. It might be in January. It might be Feb.27. You can't make it come together. It will or it won't."
Rumors: Frustration brewing with SpursGotta love ESPN.Frustrating is not the word.
the spurs lost.
+ in OT.
+ against the mavs.
+ the players know they can play better.
+ parker and ginobilli are injured (again)
it should be normal for a team with championship-ambitions to feel frustrations.
when the success comes back the frustration will go. it's a non-issue.
It's even better when they charge you for Insider.
So there is not frustration and there are no rumors.
maybe that's what's frustrating about it
For a team that started the season with everyone healthy, and (at least on paper) seemed to be the deepest team we have had in, like forever, I'm sure I would be frustrated at the way things seem to be heading. Little knick knack injuries, turning the ball over so much, missing easy shots....Yeah, I understand the frustration that must be setting in.
And there can be the big problem. The players start "trying" to play harder, trying to make things happen. And that can lead to even more frustration. I hate to say it, but the way things are looking right now, the Spurs aren't going to be the World Beaters I thought they would be at the beginning of the season.
Really? A 4-5 team with this much talent, expectations, and injuries is frustrated? That's some fine journalism to deduce that.
Media has changed so much. Its just a stupid gimmick for you to sign up for insider access.
They accidentally left the "-talk.com" off the end of the headline.
Fustration as in someone is about to get traded or what?
haha, good one
I am sure there are some people in the SA organization that are frustrated. But that would be true of every team.
