Hope so. Hill has an uphill task against Gilbert Arenas whose motive this year is to get guys get involved more, while getting his and playing some defense. It is going to be tough. I hope we can attack Jamison though, he is the defensive sieve the Spurs need to take advantage of and Deshawn Stevenson.

Didn't TP say just recently that he still felt some pain? Hope he's not rushing it.

Loving the fact Tony is back tonight, and seem excited about the game. Hopefully the rest of the team understands how big this game is

I don't see a W tonight, unless TP has a big game, which hasn't been a given with the way he's performed so far..Haywood usually defends Duncan very well, so that's going to be tough..

Wizards are tricky though, because they're mostly a jump shooting team, so they could have an off night..we're the same..

We're gonna need some great 3-point shooting + a big game from Tony to win this game IMO..

The Wizards were the 2nd worst team in the league last year. They can't beat anyone.

Me too. As we have seen, Parker becomes pretty ineffective if he doesn't have his explosiveness. Hopefully we are not getting that Parker tonight.

They also have athleticism and jamison and butler. Mike miller also. This team will give us all we can handle. They pitched cleveland a beating a couple nights ago. This team is growing but the real deal. We better bring it or asskicking number 7 will be waiting if we dont

Local Dish subscribers: anyone know what channel this game is on?

I see it listed on the NBA TV channel, which doesn't make sense.

Wizards aren't really that athletic..obviously more athletic than the Spurs, but everybody is..

They have a lot of talent though, so obviously it'll be a tough task..I'm definitely worried about Jamison, that won't be a good matchup for us..Butler isn't playing well at all this season, he just had his 1st good game of the year, hopefully it doesn't continue at our expense..

They're in a similar situation as us with a lot of talent and injuries, but struggling..

I really hate the Haywood vs. Duncan matchup though, hopefully I'm wrong, that's the main reason I'm worried..we're really gonna need big games from TP, Hill and RJ..

I know that's what I'm saying, we beat them by an average of 20+ I'm pretty sure, so I don't know where he sees the wizards having success against us

You do realize that last year the wizards were missing Arenas, Haywood, and had a coach who didnt care about winning right?

This year they've got Arenas and Haywood back, Flip Saunders as coach, and randy foye and Mike Miller. He's saying the two situations are not comparable.

We dont know what wizards team we're going to get tonight.

    Parker returns for Spurs
    By Mike Monroe

The Spurs got one of their injured All-Star guards back on the court for Saturday's game against the Washington Wizards at AT&T Center.

Point guard Tony Parker, who missed four of the previous five games with a sprained left ankle, returned. Parker suffered the injury in the Nov. 6 game at Portland.

Shooting guard Manu Ginobili, who has a mild strain to the left groin, will remain inactive for another five to eight days. He suffered the injury on Wednesday in Dallas.
