It will be very hard to follow Christopher Reeve.

What do you all think of 25 year-old American actor Brandon Routh in costume for his le role in 'Superman Returns.' The big-budget movie is scheduled for a June 2006 release.
I think Kate Bosworth will make a hot Louis Lane.
I hope it's a good one because I like comic book flicks.
It will be very hard to follow Christopher Reeve.
looks too young.
Just, honestly, doesnt look right.
Reeve will be impossible to follow.
That's what they said about George Reeves...the guy who played Superman before Reeve...that guy was so typecast he commited suicide.
It's interesting...some people have noticed that there is kind of a curse that goes along with playing Superman...most of the guys who have played him in the last 60 years have met tragedy.
I wonder what fate holds in store for this guy.
And that costume bears a strong resemblance to the original costume of the late 30's and early 40's...I wonder if the rest of the movie is going to have a throwback style as well.
Hollywood's run out of ideas definitely
its a matter of time before they remake SCARFACE again or do something ed up like that
Sounds good...especially with Bryan Singer at the helm. He did good with X Men he'll do good with Superman.
I'm not sure there wasn't a miscast, with Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor, though.
That guy looks way to fake, i could not believe he was superman for .. i dont have a problem with following up christopher reeves, but he just looks too young and like a poser
Is kate bosworth the chick from Blue Crush? lol
if thats her, she is pretty H
I think batman movie will be better. christian bale owns
In the cartoons the costumes look ing sweet, in real life they look down right hideous.
The blue should be darker and the red should be slightly brighter.
And if they were going to cast a 25 yo in the lead, they should have cast Tom Wellig from Smallville - already a built-in audience and credibility with the role.
And I have to wonder about the age discrepency between Spacy's Luthor and the Luthor from the Smallville show, who is only a few years older than Clark.
Bryan Singer gives me hope, though. Thank god McG didn't wind up in the director's chair as was previously rumored.

Rumor has it that Batman may indeed be the better Super Hero.
I'm still waiting for the Donner version of Superman 2 to be released.
It's gaining some momentum of late... Maybe it will be timed to coincide with the release of the new Superman movie.
Louis?!!! Louis Lane??!!!!
What kind of messed up Superman movie is this?
GayABC Forum.
You're thinking of the Made-for-TV version airing on Bravo. It's called "Louis and Clark."
I hope this Batman is like the first one and not the last 2 that came out. Those were terrible. I think they wrote the plot based off the roller coaster ride that would be built for the movie.

As long as Joel Schumaker is kept over 100 miles from the set at all times, the new Batman movie won't approach the awfulness of the last two.
christopher reeves stunk as superman, but he was a pretty crappy actor
you and your history books
does burton direct the new batman movie? One thing i will never understand is how dark 1 and 2 were, how commercial number 3 was, and how horrible number 4 was, with 3 and 4 being less and less dark.
this one looks like it will be dark too
dark
dark
dark
dark is good
If they don't do something different in this movie, Batman will be wearing a light up pink floral costume and his secret iden y will be a pop singer.
i dont think something different is the key here
as long as they don't do anything that the director and actors did in batman and robin
that movie was like the rocky V of batman movies
I think that guys posting about guys wearing latex and spandex tights is not good.
And the nipples. Don't forget the nipples.
I once said that at six flags and got harrassed for it.... it must have been the wrong crowd 'cause Batman 3&4 sucked.
BTW the superman costume is aight... but the red needs to be brighter.
Batman And Robin from the 60's inspiration for "The Ambiguously Gay Duo"
