Either second-round opponent would be easier than the Nuggets. if the Spurs somehow crawl out of this mess, they'll make the WCF. But they have zero chance once they get there.

But, before any of that, they have to win 4 out of 6, including at least one on the road, against a team that finished 32-8 (compared to the Spurs' 26-14), and plays their home games at 5280 feet above sea level. Oh, and they have to do it while their best player and anchor of their team plays at a level comparable to Nazr Mohammed because he's dragging one leg behind him.

You guys are being stupid about this. It's GAME 1. Thats why they have BEST OF SEVEN. This teams needs to beat us three more times. Spurs defense will most likely step it up and I expect the Nuggets to crumble under it. The defense we played last night was not our defense. I still have faith we can win this.
