If even... he's a pretty average bat with merely better than average power who's benefited from two homerun friendly stadiums in his career. While not as big as Petco, think about Brian Giles numbers from Pittsburgh to San Diego. Bay has a bit more pop, but not the eye, so 20ish is a solid number to expect.
He got his one big contract, but his next isn't going to be half of what this one is based on his down power numbers.
