What happened to allowing a full investigation to occur to determine if someone is following the rules before taking disciplinary action?

Look, I'm in favor of bad actors getting the boot, but there's nothing in Leach's past or in the broader story of these allegations to suggest that he's a bad actor. If anything, every single person with any bit of knowledge of the situation who has chimed in on the story has taken Leach's side, save and except for Adam James (who has acquired quite a reputation recently) and his father.
