The question is why we had only 19 FT, 9 by Manu, 4 by Manu and 0 for TP
Denver scores 22 FT and SA 16, the difference of 6, with 84,2% (that´s good)
Do the Spurs have a free throw shooting coach like some teams? If they do, how is it that we are the 4th or 5th worst in the league? If not, wouldn't this be something the Spurs might want to invest in?

I still don't think they have a free throw coach. They should definitely invest in one for next season.
Denver had 30 attempts because they were taking it aggressively inside and the Spurs were sometimes fouling rather than playing D. Even Tim Duncan brought that up in the postgame interviews.
They've brought in several experts to help them over the years, but nothing has helped.I still don't think they have a free throw coach.
Last night's game aside, I don't see how the Spurs cannot get something done about the free throws. If its between the ears, hire a shrink. If its mechanics, hire a coach. As talented as we are, there's no excuse to be that bad. Dallas has 17 assistant coaches including a free throw coach. Not saying we need that many assistants, just need to improve. I'm tired of the excuse, "Well, thats just the way its always been." Its unacceptable.
The Spurs have brought in coaches, sports psychologists, videographers to break down the mechanics of the players shots, etc. Don't think that they haven't tried anything. It just hasn't worked.
Freethrows are 90% mental and half physical. Once the Spurs understand that they will be fine.
The free throw differential was due mostly to desperation in the last minute and a half. Denver only shot 2 free throws in the 4th quarter before the 1:18 mark. They shot 8 after that.
