I really can't complain...My job isn't a real hard one, but it pays well and I get to be on the internetz all day since it requires me to be. But, I would like to finish up my grad school and see what else there is to do out there. I am also very thankful to have a job right now. On a side note...out of the 8 close friends who were jobless at some point in '09--6 of them now have full time jobs. Perhaps not the case overall, it is good to see things change at least from my very own perspective.
Yes, but I don't like some of the people I work with.![]()
i hate my in' job with a passion. gotta change it up here soon!
I love it.
Not the job I wanted when I got out of school and it doesn't pay much but at least it's something.
When I was working I liked my job a lot; but now that I'm not working, I love it even more![]()
I do not like it much, and especially people who are not cooparating with you. They do not give you satisacion. Only one co-worker is causing me to say it's worth going there. And income is not very high.
Oh well - t's tough to find something now esp. when I do not look for another job.
I'm stuck. kinda.
I'm about 70/30 on my job. I don't hate it, not by a long shot - but I don't see myself there REAL long term.
ya, i get paid to read ST!
Besides being up at 4am...I like it a lot. It's the same thing I have been doing for the past 11 years but a better environment. The money is decent, but job satisfaction makes up for that. I only work 3 1/2 days a week with call time every other weekend. My boss is really cool and the rest of my co-workers are easy to get along with. My favorite thing is no Monday mornings...ever.
I don't really like work in general.
My job isn't the greatest or the easiest but I make decent money, have good benefits, and like the people on my crew/shift. Most of the people on days and swing are pieces o' so I prefer to stay on graveyard for now.
Same. About 6,500 of my total posts have probably been made while at work.
I hate my job but I have come to realize that I would rather have a ty job that I hate than not have a job at all. Having a ty job that you hate is better than nothing. I also do not like work in general. If I had it my way, everyone would just be sitting back and relaxing. Just think of how many hours a human being wastes working. Human beings would probably live longer and be healthier if there was no work or if people worked less.
The rate would be even higher for those disliking their husbands/wives IMHO. Sometimes you just need to live along with things you don't like and you know it's fine enough to have a job at least in such tough economy. The ideal case is you're married to the one you love best while working on an occupation you fit and like best, which however seldom happens.
I'm cool with it. Am really working on establishing my own business presense and carving out my own niche market so I'm working for myself and not somebody else's scraps. So far it's progressing nicely.
I don't hate it...but sometimes the clientele can be really frustrating. I have ALOT of freedom since I'm working for family and I really like most of the people I work with. I get paid a lot more here doing what I do than if I did the same thing somewhere else. But as soon as I get my degree (hopefully within the next 2 years) I definitely want to see what else is out there.
My job would be great if it wasn't for the customers.
I work from home, make well above average for the SA area, and do very little work.
That said, i dont like it at all...it is extremely boring...
I know most people would kill to have the flexibility and schedule i have, but i miss office politics at times... i just miss actually meeting people face to face.
I like my job better now that my associates and I finally convinced the powers that be to give us all set schedules.
