Give it a break. This isn't a story worth any merit what so ever. The methodology that picks people does not check for availability, and being president is a plenty good reason not to serve on jury duty.

Wouldn't be picked a juror anyways.
If he had done jury duty as president...during two wars... and a humanitarian crisis.... republicans heads would explode.
On second thought, he should do it.
I thought W or Cheney got called when in office and got out of it. Non-story if there ever was one.
Wonder if the poor intern who had to "break" this story is considering a career change.
