I just watched a replay of the Atlanta-OKC game and noticed that every time Atlanta was shooting free throws there was an unruly fan shouting out. He was dressed in an OKC costume and was yelling into a type of funnel/cone.
I'm surprised he wasn't told to shut the up.

Did anybody manage to see/hear it and know what he was saying?

What do you think of annoying fans at games in general?
