Mike Bibby went 1 for 16 in game 2. One for Sixteen!

Do you people remember when every national analyst insisted that Mike Bibby was one of the great clutch shooters in the west? They constantly said how many big shots he'd hit and what a great jump shooter he was in the clutch....even when at that point he had never hit a big shot in a clinching game, or won a clinching game for the Kings.

Now that the great Laker-Sacramento feud is gone, they don't even talk about Bibby anymore. Not once. This entire season has gone by, and I can seriously count the number of times they've talked about the Kings as a team all on one hand.

Bibby is such a joke. So are the kings.
Seattle is so freaking lucky, they practicalyl get a BUY in the first round.

I actually wish we had tanked the remaining season once Duncan got hurt just so we could possibly play the Kings.

    Oh well.

    uhh, not possible Dude.

If we had tanked, we would end up in the 4th Spot, and play the Rockets! Yao-sah!

We were either gonna be 2nd or 4th, because the Sonics had a lock on 3 by being top of their division.

I think the Number 2 seed will work out nicely, we'll end up playing the Sonics or Kings next, while the Suns have to face the Rockets or Mavs.

Maybe. Maybe not. They haven't played in ARCO yet. I'm not saying the Kings are going to win the series, but I don't think they'll get swept.

What's the chance that Bibby will go for 1-16 again?!?

So, we get the "winner" of that series in the second round, instead. I think that's the easiest possible second round matchup of all of them.

    exactly my point.

And as for "easy first round matches" even the Grizzlies can beat the Suns still....

Hey, does ANY series (West or East) seem to be a total blowout?

ur an idiot...this series will go longer than our series...the kings are a legit team as long as they are healthy...and that was one game....iverson, tmac, pierce and even ray allen have games like 4/24 like bibby
I dunno...the Kings are a shadow of their former selves...the crisp passing and ball movement is gone...I've watched them several times in the last few weeks...It's more like Bibby and Peja going one on one against five...they never recovered their rhythm after that trade...

Yeah, but with Nets going to double overtime, I'd hardly call it a blowout.

Maybe it's just not possible to blowout a team 4 times in a row....

Id say being up 3-0 on a team, and ready to sweep a FOUR game series???

yeah, that is blowing someone out.

That's subjective, but Shaq was absolutely on the money when he said something along the lines of

you guys are all over mike bibby now, you love him, you say he's a good player, but i didn't hear anybody talking about him when he was in vancouver

So, Heat had the easiest first round matchup so far then?

I wonder how many other teams will sweep.

    PHX Suns? Pistons?

at least now nobody will confuse him with christie, theyll just all wonder, how he talks so thuggish ruggish when he was raised a rich little and he's an estimated 5% black

    exactly

    he's so overrated its unreal

if tony parker increased his speed and quickness by 15% thereby making him the fastest and quickest player of NBA history, he still would not get the publicity and coverage Bibby got during the heyday of the Kings-Lakers feud.

Unfortunately, Parker is only getting older, which means he is probably only going to get slower.

Tony won't be able to rely on his speed forever. Which means he is going to have to develop either his shooting game or his passing game to ensure a long successful tenure in the NBA.

Phonzie your ppd is decreasing, pick up the slack

Tony is 22 his speed will stay at this level for a good 5 more years man

if he can't develop a good mid range jumper in 5 years, he doesn't deserve to play

I am not sure If should be proud of the ppd on the 'enemy' board or not. BUT!

Tony is a good SOLID point.... I thought the topic was Bibbs?

Reading all the reactions and stuff i was wondering... does the word fairplay exist between NBA fans in US or is it basically trash talk, provocations and so on?
