Shouldn't this blog be on the top of the list? Lets go Spurs!
Starters: Hill, Parker, Bonner, Bogans, Duncan.
interesting ...
Bonner and Bogans being showcased?
Bonner starting?
Maybe the search for the hoagie grail is about to come to an end.
Anyone know if RJ is injured?
A storm a'brewing, perhaps?
something big must be going on or about to happen if both Dice and Jefferson are not starting
looks like Pop wants to keep Bonner
I don't believe many teams would want RJ's contract. Hard for me to believe the Spurs were able to unload him for what they need now.
Their is nothing on the works here.
A) Pop is only making people think if we have something on the works.
B) Pop is usually playing his DUMB cards right.
Collins mentioned during the game at Denver that Pop was going to take some time over the break to really assess his team. Maybe this is the product of that assessment.
Not sure where exactly that sort of a lineup change gets you . . . .
But it's certainly interesting timing with the deadline looming.
That crappy lineup better have SOMETHING to do with the trade deadline, otherwise Pop has just gone off his rocker.
Well, starting Bonner is not what I would think would come from an honest assessment of what this team needs. But then again, it's Pop. he might as well start Finley too, then.![]()
We'll see if either of them sits the whole game...
Jeff McDonald: This is what Pop said before the game about establishing a firm rotation ... it seems at odds with this weird starting lineup: “At this point, it’s time to choose. We know exactly what we want to do. We’ve seen a lot of players, a lot of combinations with the new guys. We know what we want to do from here on out. That will begin tonight.”
Get a win, Spurs....and play Ian.
This line up makes no sense in the context of Pop's comments about "knowing what we like". How on any level, could this be a good idea, even if they end up winning a few games? What is the goal he is trying to accomplish with this line up?
What a ty starting line-up I swear....does Pop wanna break 70 points tonight?
My chode just exploded after seeing that starting lineup.
And I'm pretty sure I saw RJ and McDyess in uniform.
I look at that starting lineup and Pop's comments, and whoever doesn't think the coach is the problem, I don't know what to tell you...
I can't fathom that line-up without a trade coming... It's just heinous to trot that out with all the other talent we have, underachieving as it may be.
