Not surprising. I think he's been with the team the last two games on this final leg of the RRT.

to warm bench for fin?
There is no reason Bogans should be getting minutes over Hairston.
I'm guessing this means Parker will sit out for a while.
Like I said in another thread, it's a homecoming game (which could just be a carrot/reward for Malik) and, if Jebus has ears, it just might be part of those internal tweaks Tim mentioned Pop might do to get them to turn the corner after the trade deadline passed.
another waste-rrrr in the lineup...with or without Hairrrr-ston, WE JUCT SUCKKKKKKKKKK! Period!
Not like he's going to play anyways.
tony now out for a while its ian and malik time ...yeah right
Pop just wants to tease and mess with his mind just like he has done with Ian.
Obviously it wasn't surprising, but it would have been nice to see him get some minutes in his return home..it also would have been logical considering RJ, Mason and Bogans got torched by every Pistons player and also did nothing to make up for it in any other facets..
respect.
We call him up.
We have 3 wings playing, all of whom are sucking completely. (Jefferson, Bogans, Mason)
We cut the rotation to 7 guys.
And we don't so much as try him.
Yep, it's time to have a SERIOUS talk about firing Pop!
Their Ain't No Point In Calling Up A Player If Your Just Gonna Go All Don Nelson And Only Play Seven Guys...
I don't want Don Nelson coaching the Spurs. Pull your head out of your ass Pop!
We needed more depth at PF [/Pop]
Yeah, they recalled they have a guy named Hairston...
At this point in the season, Pop needs to get over his issue with roster seniority. With all the experimental combinations he's thrown out there on the court, NONE have involved either Malik or Ian. Give 'em a try a let's see how it works out.
At this point, Hairston > Jefferson, Mason, Bogans and Finley. But why even try, when staying the course is so much more fun.
Why even recall him, he's not going to get to play...at lest he would be getting some burn in Austin.
Just another case of print getting lost in translation . . .
surprising or not, hairrrrrr-ston will sit for good...he would not see any playing time as it happened last night during the pathetic overtime loss against Detroit, oh My, we REALLY SUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!
He actually played for the Toros Friday in Bakersfield. Must have been that Parker's absence that made them pull the trigger.
