Popovich/Duncan in 2002-03.
A coach of the year and an MVP award both going to the same team on the same year? Scott is the clear front runner for coach of the year and kd is probably 2nd behind lebron in MVP voting. But if the cavs keep losing why give it to someone who already has it and not give it to a deserving star in the league? This team just keeps on winning and kd is almost to 30 ppg. We have a major dilemma here, give the MVP award to the real person deserving it most , Kevin durant!!!
