His block on Amare was awesome.
best game of the season for him IMO.
if he plays like this every game, Spurs actually might have a chance
Agreed.
He had a monster game.
Props . . .
Breakout game this year for sure. Him and McDyess both.
Best game of the year easily.
That's what being aggressive does I suppose.
crazy boss overall for the whole team except booger but thats a good thing
He had a good game, but I've made the mistake of getting excited about one of his games in the past..
He needs to do it consistently, not just against the 29th ranked defense in the NBA..
RJ is just like the Spurs. They take one exciting step forward, then two steps back.
I thought this was about Richardson, Jason.
He had a nice game. Lets make it a trend, Richard!
what r u talking about they are the suns a lot of defense...
to RJ for a really good game.
RJ played well in every way possible...he was aggressive, he played good D, made his FT's, and created for others....props to RJ![]()
This was what i have been expecting out of him almost daily![]()
I just loved how he didn't settle for jumpers. I did think the team got a bit too reliant on the outside J in the 4th quarter, but jefferson was at his best when he takes it hard to rim.
On the plus side, when he was taking 3's, he was hitting them.
+1...He didnt force up bad shots or bad 3 pointers...
Hoping we will see more of this
The last 3 games he has been super aggressive especially on the boards, and his block on amare was huge, this game was played at an intense level. the Suns came in rolling and the Spurs found a way to beat them, it wasn't pretty but if my memory serves me right, that's pretty much what Spurs basketball is all about.
The spurs only go as far as RJ goes![]()
This.
Again the Spurs could have lost this game if it wasn't Richardon Jason.
I would say good game Jefferson but I expect him to make more apparitions like that.
But I noticed he was more agressive the last games, and now he try to take more rebounds, play better defense, I just hope this is the real turnaround.
And it makes me mad to see Jeff at PF getting killed by Amare again god job Pop, Good Job...
nice game...since it was a win...we will take it...and appreciate it...lord knows when he fux up ....everyone is on his case
Attacking the rim is the key for him. Thats his forte and what made him a 20 ppg scorer, its been frustrating seeing him basically be a glorified $14 mill jump shooter the entire season. Here's to more aggressive drives from RJ![]()
I loved he went for the blocks. I hope getting posterized doesn't make him back down. He's going to block more shots than not contesting like that.
He plays better with the second unit. The offense is a little less structured. He's freer to wave off someone like Blair and attack the rim himself.
