Your foolish to think $$$ is not a motivating factor either.
Don't be fooled. Lebron wants to win but he's also a businessman.
His agent will make sure he does the right thing.

    Just saying.

The Cavs aren't letting him leave. They'll match whatever the Knicks offer

Knicks haven't had cap space even before that..they've been under horrible management for what seems like forever..Walsh hasn't done anything yet, but he's on the right track by freeing up cap space..it's better to gamble on a huge name, it's the logical move..

BTW, I expect Lebron to stay in Cleveland if they make the Finals and Bosh to stay in Toronto, but I wouldn't be surprised if anybody else plays in NY next season..

and he will automatically give up 30 million over the life of the contract by signing with new york or any other team not named the cavs. also, lebron already has close to a quarter billion in endorsements.

    just saying.

Let's be real here. No crack on Cleveland but it is in fact Cleveland. It has about as much sex appeal has Toledo, Ohio. It isn't there.

LeBron's Legacy will not rest on how much money he makes, but if he really wants to be an all time great, he better start winning rings now, and that means not going to a place where he would have a really ty supporting cast. It'd be like starting all over again for him.

If the Knicks sign another big name to go with The King, that will instantly become the best supporting cast he's ever had..obviously if the Knicks are going to get a big name like a Lebron or Wade, it'll depend on the other guy they will potentially sign too..

You know what I mean. Of course we know Lebron. It's everything that comes along playing in a big city like the big apple. Big city perks.

I am confident NY will conjure up a package that will entice Lebron. Don't fool yourself into thinking that he isn't going to entertain such offers. NY will quitely do whatever it needs to do.

Nothing is certain. One thing for sure, he needs to bring a LOB to that ever so thirsty city. If he somehow, someway manages to do that, Cleveland can wipe their collective sweat at least for a while.

Lebron + any of the top free agents in NY will instantly make them a contender in the east....C's are old, Cavs will suck, only true contender would be Orlando or ATL (if JJ stays)

The only problem would be LeBron wants to be the main man, as does many other free agents, except Joe Johnson, that dude is a team player

We're not talking about Cleveland. We're talking about LeBron. He can play in Nome, Alaska and still be a media giant.

This isn't 1954 anymore. You don't have to go off to the big city to get noticed. If you're enough of a star the big city will come to you.

    Oh Joe,

you know what I am talking about. All I am saying is that Lebron will entertain New York. You know it. I know it. Cleveland knows it. The entire coutnry knows it.
