im 22. my sister is 20. she and i still live at home and we both go to college. anyways, for the past few weeks i have been noticing my next door neighbor flirting and making sexual advances at my sister. he is like in his late 40's maybe early 50's. He was in prison for a few years when he was younger for armed robbery i think. but that was when he was like 20 or so. he is a nice guy, and he works in the same office as my dad. . i asked my sister about the guy making advances on her and she just smiled and laughed and said i was exaggerating. i told my dad about it and he just seemed to not care. is this not my place to be concerned or am i just being weird about it>?

I must agree with this poster. If the gentleman working out in his garage with the door open and music blaring is talking to your sister, it is most likely out of charity. In addition, if you've heard stories from your friends about her "extra-curricular activities" I doubt you can judge your neighbor's behavior as inappropriate. Furthermore, DO NOT try to approach your neighbor about this. He will probably rob you (and by "rob," I mean loot your booty hole).

I think you have a right to be concerned as the older brother. At this point I would just keep an eye out and maybe repeat my concerns to my sister one more time so that she can think about it. Any more than that is liable to push her away from your cause.
