I just wanted to take this opportunity to congratulate SA-born Joseph Benavidez for sticking to his game plan and attacking at the right time in his match against Miguel Torres. Torres got on my nerves talking about Diego Sanchez after his loss against BJ, and now that punk not only got CUT but he also tapped out in the same match. Diego never quit in his match, but Torres looked scared the whole match and JB pounced on his ass and choked him like a . Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Also, props to Jens for his post-fight speech.

Cruz vs Bowles is on, but Cruz looks too damn raw and I think Bowles will get this over with by the 3rd round.

Stephen Bonnar has been doing commentary tonight, it's creepy yet interesting.
