I don't know if Malik is a better scorer. Definitely a better defender.

Hairston isn't close to Williams as a scorer. Williams is probably the best natural scorer D-Leaguer. Not good at anything else, but he's got a feeling for putting the ball in the basket.

What is amazing is that I've never seen him driving right or finishing with the right hand. The biggest usage he gives to his off hand is to rest the left one in stationary dribble. Obviously this severely limits his NBA value (he has time to correct it though), but the fact that he can still score +20 points vs. NBA teams with this limitation is a testament of his scoring instincts.

The Warriors make a great job scouting the D-League. They already have CJ Watson and Azubuike. Tolliver can become a solid 3rd/4th big if he keeps hitting the long-shot consistently. Williams is another guy with potential to fill a spot in a NBA rotation. Even Chris Hunter is a quality 5th big.
