Anyone ever been called by a spurs agent/"New Business Consultant", asked sports related questions, and then "invited" to the AT&T center for a tour of the arena and other "great offers"?

Is it just a cheap ploy to sell me tickets?
Or actually something fun worth going to?

I'd buy season tickets for next season if I had cash.

I was invited and I got to tour the place. I got to go into the tunnels, and check out all that stuff, I didn't step out onto the court though because it was iced up for the Rampage game that day. After that I sat down with the agent and I just ended up buying tickets to the last six games at home.

Turns out that's enough to aqcuire season ticket holder status for this season and next season. So, even if I don't buy any more tickets, I'll still be getting my name on the wall, and all that other good stuff.

Don't go if you don't plan on spending any money. They want to sell tickets, and will be pushing at you hard to get some.
