Page better get into top shape, he was fat as at UFC 110 cornering Bisping..

The long-awaited, once-delayed rivalry fight between Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and Rashad Evans is now signed, sealed and soon-to-be delivered to UFC 114 in Las Vegas.
The UFC today officially announced the bout, which was originally supposed to be contested back at UFC 107.
The bout takes place on May 29 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Jackson and Evans were the coaches on season 10 of "The Ultimate Fighter," and were supposed to meet at the show's conclusion before Jackson stepped aside to take a role in the upcoming, big-budget action movie, The A-Team, in which he'll reprise the B.A. Baracus role made famous by Mr. T.
Soon after, Jackson said he'd retire rather than fight again in the UFC, citing his dissatisfaction with the company's reaction to his decision to take the role, among other things. Evans instead took on Thiago Silva at UFC 108 and earned a unanimous decision victory.
By the time Jackson steps into the ring, he will have been out of the UFC octagon for over 14 months. His last appearance was at UFC 96 in March 2009, when he won a decision over Keith Jardine.
Not surprisingly, the UFC is already playing up the renewed feud.
"I really want to knock this guy out," Jackson said in a UFC press release announcing the fight. "I've never, ever wanted to knock someone as cold as I want to knock Rashad Evans out. He's disrespected me so much, for so long. I am so motivated to train my ass off. I've moved my coaches into my house already - Rashad should be prepared to see a brand new Rampage in May. I saw him in Sydney a few weeks back and we picked up right where we left off. I can't stand him. He's a disrespectful person and I didn't even want to beat Wanderlei as much as I want to beat this guy."
Page better get into top shape, he was fat as at UFC 110 cornering Bisping..
LMAO im sure he would be.
There's so much personal junk between these guys the loser is gonna be stewing about it forever..
Out of all Fueds I think these guys really wanna kill each other. CANT WAIT!!![]()
If Rampage isn't in shape Rashad will beat him easily. Even if he is in shape it will be a tough fight for him. Rashad is going to take him to the ground.
Meh, Shad has good wrestling but so does Page. Watch the Hendo fight, he outwrestled him in large sections of rounds and Hendo is one of the best wrestlers to ever fight in MMA..
Plus I could see Shad getting rocked by a slam. We are due for a good Page slam!!
DB did you change your wallpaper?
I had Spurs paper and went back to GSP stuff since i am going to the fight this weekend in Jersey.. Probably change back to Spurs stuff for playoff time, even though we kind of suck these days..
I disagree. I don't think Hendo's wrestling skills are equal to Rashad's. Rampage doesn't like to go the ground anymore either.
Hendo's wrestling credentials are vastly superior to Rashads. Shad is a good wrestler but he is about as good as o. They wrestled to about a draw in a fight that was a draw. Randy, Hendo are 2 guys at that next level of wrestling in MMA at 205. Page won't want to go to the ground but he will keep it up with excellent takedown defense, which i assure you, if he is in shape Page 100% has. Shad won't be shooting, getting easy takedowns like he did with Silva. If he goes into the fight deciding he must win it with his wrestling, the fight will likely be a lot of clinching, jockeying for position, ref seperating them, not much action either way. Lets hope that doesn't happen. The X factor here is all about Page's mental state. How bad does he still want to be a top fighter??
No way. Hendo is 39, and Rashad is 30. No way Hendo's wrestling skills are on par with Rashad's any more. Hendo's wrestling credentials are a thing of the past.
Hendo just visciously KO'd Bisping a man that Shad beat in a SD..
Yes, Hendo Wrestling creds..
attended Victor Valley High School in Victorville, California, and earned medals at the California State Wrestling Championships in 1987 and 1988. Henderson went on to wrestle at both Cal State Fullerton and Arizona State University, participating in the 1993 NCAA championships. He represented the United States in the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics in Greco-Roman wrestling.
Rashad..
After graduating from high school in 1998, Evans went on to attend Niagara County Community College, where he entered the wrestling program and won the National Junior College championship 165 lb (75 kg) in 2000. He then transferred to Michigan State University, competing in the 174 lb (79 kg) weight class. He started at Michigan State for three years and amassed a 48–34 record during that time.
Brock's wrestling cred is less than Hendo's but far better than Shad's by comparison..
Prior to joining the Minnesota Golden Gophers, Lesnar also wrestled at Bismarck State College in Bismarck, North Dakota. Lesnar finished his amateur career as a two-time NJCAA All-American, 1998 NJCAA Heavyweight Champion, two-time NCAA All-American, two-time Big Ten Conference Champion, and the 2000 NCAA heavyweight champion with a record of 106–5 overall in four years of college.
Now those are just backgrounds and it does not mean everything, GSP is seen by many as the best wrestler pound for pound in MMA and he never wrestled a day in college but Hendo has had a hall of fame career due largely to his wrestling..
