Sonia Marshmelo setup that statement by his answer a couple questions before that when he made the statement that the Spurs kept going to their Go-2-guy in TD.
The reporter asked him what did the Spurs do to limit his scoring in the 2nd 1/2 after he had 18 in the 1st 1/2 but only 3 for most of the 2nd 1/2 until late in the 4 Qtr.
MarshMelo responded by saying.."what did they do, or what did we do? they didn't do anything, we didn't get me the ball, that's all. not to sound selfish"

is it me or does TP seems nervous when being interviewed? He almost sounds like a recorded recorded when answering questions, gives almost the same answer & he cuts off the reports everytime they were asking a question before they even finished. He also kept doing this thing with his hands & arms, when he would start to answer a question his hands went under the table then back flat on the table. he seems nervous.

TD gives better answers than most players these days, he answers & give explainations most the time. He's a good listen!
Also of key note, Td seemed to be walking with a slight limp coming onto the press conference, but it was more noticable when he exited, I'm sure the length of the game wore on his injured ankle. Hope he's able to recover for game 5 & throughout the playoffs since the break between games will now be 1 day a piece.
