masturbation doesn't generate too much sound sensible IMHO, based on my experiences of masturbation that has been years since the first time I did when I was about 14. It's even impossible to hear the sound of your own phallus when masturbating, not to mention that of someone else's penis. There indeed is sound though, which is generated from the flapping of the gas held inside in your foreskin.
