Manu will obviously start again, so he'll have to take Ray. So Bowen will take Lewis??

The TNT crew was wrong. It will be, and has always been, Ray Allen.

Manu can take Rashard. He's a million times quicker.

According to a Seattle scout I talked to at a few A&M bball games earlier this year, the key to guarding Rashard is to take away the three and make him put it on the floor, he can't create a shot to save his life.

    Take it FWIW.

My opinion of Glenn Robinson's defense changed a lot in the past couple of games. If necessary, I have a lot of confidence in the Big Dog being able to guard Lewis for a significant amount of minutes.

Bowen's man is Ray Allen, but if Lewis starts going off, I'm sure you'll see a switch.

Ginobili is more than capable of guarding Allen.

i think big dog and big rob are the most qualified on Rashard to prevent him from taking fire. In foul trouble you bring a body for few minutes (dbrown)

yea i agre with gino is god. horry is the best man to guard lewis. but i think naz should come off the bench and start horry alongside duncan so he can guard rashard. start gonobili so ray allen can work on defense, but make bowen guard allen. and luke isn't under 5'10 so tony should be able to handle him. this should be a fairly easy series unless the refs swallow their whistles on the thuggery of fortson and james.

Y'all don't get it. If Bowen starts, Allen will be guarding him on defense.

Isn't Ray a better defender than Lewis? I think Ray'll be guarding Manu

I agree. I know that Glenn will get beat on defense sometimes, but he looks like he can really stay with good players a good part of the time if he puts in the effort. If he gives his best effort, he could see some big minutes. He might be big enough to cause Rashard some problems.

Nope. Ray guards Bowen so he can rest on D, and they try to use Rashard's length against Manu.

Glenn is more than sufficient on D, but he's got to watch those fouls.

Manu can guard Rashard Lewis. He doesn't have to shut him down, he just needs to contain him.
