    Look, CD, I'll give you that he's a monster on the boards, and if he keeps that up he'll certainly be something special as he grows up, but you're talking craziness. You're talking about a man with ONE season of NBA experience (and not all that incredible a one) growing to be better than the a man who is easily the best power forward of his generation, easily in the top five of all time. Tell you what, you're on the record now, so just bookmark this thing and come back in five years when it will be much clearer how god awfully wrong you are.

    I dont even know what to say about this conclusion cd has come up with. Who knows what will happen... duncan is proven already. Howard might have a run in with the law... he might get hurt.. he might even play for the hawks.

    I'm not accusing you of saying that Howard is better than Duncan now, I'm simply saying that you're basing your claim on a good, but not great, rookie season. And you're trying to ride that one season as your logic for saying that Howard will be better than a guy who would certainly make the top 50 of all time if they redid that list today.

    Alright CD, let's see a friggin' stat line or something remotely solid that would give a rational person any reason to believe that Dwight is going to be better than Duncan. Otherwise I'm going to turn off my computer right now and start writing "I have a million dollars in my checking account" over and over again, because apparently repeating something over and over is all it takes to make it so.

    With a response like "i never said that", I didn't figure cd36 was looking for an intelligent conversation. He needs to learn punctuation and the difference between opinion and fact before I'm interested in a sports discussion.

    Besides, Howard isn't even the best rookie power forward in the league. He's got quite a ways to go.
