You see, just because JJ has a +5 doesn't mean he has played well. Hes 2-5 from the field and has flat out killed some possessions by going into headless chicken mode and flinging bull towards the rim. He was also bukkaked on by Evans, which left everyone in arco laughing. You would think that against this poor team, Roddy would have been doing a much better job.
He left Beno open for that jumper as well. He saved himself from an embarrassing position as the mavs were only up by 5. I guess he is a slow starter. You need a quick start to backup Kidd.

they're winning with 3 pointers against Queens whose D is piss poor, but the teams like Queens aren't what the Mavs are going to meet with in playoffs. If they're somewhat inveigled in their good 3-point shooting in this game and subsequently are induced to believe they would win games this way against the likes of Thunder, Blazers, etc., they will inexorably get curbstomped I'm afraid.
