I'm soliciting your advice on how to approach the Spurs/Mavs tonight.
I live in Dallas, so I'm somewhat excited about the possibility of a 1st round series, where I'd at least go to one game.
At the same time, I'm not scared of the Mavs, but I feel better about our playoff prospects vs. Utah.
Then again, I'd enjoy beating the Mavs in the playoffs much more than Utah (yawn).
But once the ball is tipped, there's no way in I won't be cheering like crazy for the Spurs....hmmmm........

me and two of my bros (we live in dallas but are from sa) are headed there tonight too. we go to every spurs game up here. hit up the jack daniels bar at halftime...look for us bro. i'll be in the black duncan jersey, dark camo shorts, backwards white and black spurs cap, wearing glasses.
I went to my 1st Spurs gm on the 9th for my bday & had a blast(we lost to the Griz). But it was fun. I can't imagine the atmosphere of tha AA center tonight. I stay in Dallas an I drive for Dart. I wonder if I could get a bus driver discount!?! Hey I can wish right! Lol
just wear your Ginobili jersey... you'll get plenty of attention and words from the people around you...

Last time I sat in the nosebleeds alone, someone threw their spit cup at me following a Mavs win against the Spurs in a preseason game. The Mavs fans sitting beside me were great and VERY apologetic for their fellow fan's antics, but, still. ing gross.

. . . or, just wear a McCain/Palin campaign t-shirt and write "Mavericks Lose" on the back.
Do whatever feels right/fun. Just please don't stand up every single time the Spurs score a basket. Good plays, plays that lead to dallas timeouts, highlight worthy stuff of course you can cheer, jump up and down, or whatever, but nothing is more annoying than the guy cheering for the opposing team who can't seem to differentiate between great and ordinary basketball plays.

Stay Class? Well fellow Spurs fans, thats about all we need to know about a Mavs fan, attempting to smack talk on a Spurs forum. MavDynasty, maybe you should of "stayed in class".
Go with a friend if you can. When I was 17 I had grown men starting with me and my girlfriend. I'm not a big dude. 5'9" and 165 lbs. There could be no pride in that. This was during the 06' series game 4... God I can't believe the audacity they had.
