Wow shaq
Shaunie O'Neal's lawyers just fired off a letter to Shaq's people, claiming the bball star "interrogated" the couple's children to tell him everything they knew about her new man ... "to the point that they felt intimidated and scared of him."
Shaunie also claims Shaq told their 6-year-old son to tell her boyfriend that Shaq "is going to kill him" -- and that Shaq even screamed at the kid and said, "Say it now! My daddy is going to kill you!"
Shaunie's lawyers are demanding Shaq halt "further inappropriate discussions" with their children -- which is an alleged violation of the non-disparagement provision of their divorce judgment.
TMZ asked Shaq's attorney for a comment, but he hasn't gotten back to us

This is pretty consistent with Shaq's personality. No surprises here. Shaq wouldn't harm a fly. All talk and he's all butt-hurt. It's his larger than life ego that is taking a beating.

What Shaq did is actually considered to be emotional abuse under the law. You can't tell your children to deliver death threats. He may have a child welfare services file opened up on him as a result of this. And if he keeps doing things like this he will get supervised visits with his children.
I wonder how much truth there is to this. I really doubt he would yell at his kids like that... I don't doubt the death threat though.

Agreed. But then it would be a criminal matter, subject to the US standard of "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" as opposed to a civil matter, where it is simply preponderance of evidence.
Take from that what you will as to the veracity of the claim.
