I was scared & nervous enough for everybody.
Luva though, he never batted an eyelash. Cool as a cu ber. Just like shaved pussy.

BUMP, you & Cuban need to start over. It's over, kid.
Trading Howard for Butler, Stephenson, and Haywood along with getting Marion in the offseason for the talent they alredy had and not getting out of the 1st round is pretty embarassing.
This team is not far off, Is a major overhaul necessary? It all starts with the superstar. A true superstar will not only rally to the occasion but make his teammates better in the process. Its like he squeezes a victory out of his team. Does Dirk do that?
You only have to look at the Lakers to realize that. Kobe. The perfect superstar. Look at how they played in game 5. They didn't play scared or nervous because it was 2-2 they put the foot on their throats and made OKC know who the better team was.
Kobe wanted Westbrook and then made Durant work on the defensive end thus taking them BOTH out of the game. He just refuses to lose. You could also say the same thing about Tim Duncan in his prime years. He did the exact same thing Kobe does now.
The tenacity (on offense and defense), the fearless at ude, and refusing to lose is what the Mavs have been missing for all these years......and it starts with their superstar

.
Grand point. And who legitimately has it aside from Bryant? Manu, Duncan, Daddy, some people in Boston.
That's it.
you mavs were doing allright and did the right moves. You just faced the wrong team at the wrong time. The Spurs would have beaten anyone in this 1st round. ANYONE.
Spurs are the most dangerous team in the league right now.
I would say Lebron as well.
And to add to my point. A true superstar wants to control both ends of the floor. When the Mavs were getting killed on PnRs all series did Dirk ever step up and say "I want Duncan?" Did anybody say "I want Ginobli?" This is what they're missing. IDK how many times over the past few years ive seen 6 ft2 Parker drive right at 7ft Nowitzki for an uncontested layup with no attempt to block the shot. That's pathetic.
Wow you're re ed. Do Dangerous teams generally blow 22 point leads?
nice. calling names. how old are you?
They are a dangerous team in a playoff series, they will "steal" games. By steal I mean, even if they play crappy, don't shoot well, they will make it ugly and come up with the win.
You will see soon enough sunfan.
Right next to the Celtics.
He's 20 and gives great blow jobs.
quick question: If the Spurs are the most dangerous team in the league, then they could beat Cleveland or Orlando in a 7 game series?
They won't be there. Boston will, and the Spurs could beat Boston.
could they? sure they could.
LOL you know whats funny, I think PHX played better defense then Dallas in the 1st round hahaha. Dirk is a great player but I think he only played defense on Duncan a couple times plus Dampier & Haywood are average players that are offensively challenged...Like I said before, Dallas isnt built correctly..They need another player that can get easy baskets..Terry or Butler will never be good enough to be second options.
I agree, Dirk is a monster shooting the ball and his choker label is highly undeserved, but his playing style hurts his team some times. He's below average defensively and on offense he negates second chance oportunities by taking a big man presence out of the paint. And as good as he is shooting the ball, he is just as awful passing it, he is not the kind of star player that makes his teammates better.
How is he awful passing it? He had 4 assist and 1 TO last night. Plus, while his is just an average defender, his D looked pretty good last night. Kidd, on the other hand.......
Hating on Dirk is silly. He is not the problem.
Sorry to burst your bubble but I'd rather play the Spurs than the Cavs. They're peaking at the right time, but they're not "the most dangerous" team right now.
Imagine if Nash had stayed in Dallas all these years. I wonder how different things would be?
well, lets see, when your playing the best road team in the NBA, and they are facing elimination, and have a guy named dirk that can score on anybody! Then a 22 point lead doesnt mean nothing unless you win by 22!
You have to respect your opponent to actually be better prepared to win! the spurs knew the Mavs were going to make a run, and Roddy "the fearless maverick" is going off, it'll happen!
If your a basketball person, which most of you here are not, then you know that the West is compe ive, and the Lakers (defending champs) is the team to go through to have a chance in the finals! whether they make it to the WCF or not, thats their problem, but they are the defending champs and until they are knocked out, then they have the upper hand!
i do believe the winner out of Suns/Spurs can take on the winner of Utah/Denver Lakers/Thunder!
The laker team is not getting younger, and Kobe needs to play at a high level with a arthritic finger! so that makes them vunerable already! but each team has questions that need to be answered by playing games!

That Marion contract is gonna hurt.
Could?
Yeah.
I won't say will, but could, yeah. Call it at least 30% shot vs Orlando, and 25% vs Cavs (the match ups seem a little worse vs the cavs, and they get a little extra loving from the refs...).
